Onset in her career, Marie learned the value of Customer Service.
She was fortunate enough to work in many departments. Her job entailed working with borrowers; private lenders; loan officers; with escrow, ordering appraisals……and learning the value of an honest appraisal.
Soon after, her career shifted to working with Lenders….the heartbeat of the mortgage business. She coordinated moving servicing from other companies to JMJ, putting in place techniques to lower costs of servicing and passing that on to the investors. We still have one of the lowest servicing cost. Our Customer Services make people feel better and safer.
It all culminated in 1992, when JMJ Funding Group opened it’s own doors.
At the end of the day, she still places the same value….customer service on the success of the company. Kindness and integrity lead the way in every department to help make this mortgage company the one all remembers to call again.
